Setting:
Salvetei, a city that follows the old way, Shinra does not rule over Salvetei as they do with most other cities, instead they watch over it from a silent perch. The city looks to be a medieval kingdom of sorts, buildings crafted with cobble stone and such, though there are some few modern conveniences, electricity, plumbing, things of that importance. The people themselves love the feel of the kingdom environment, and this is why Shinra has granted the peace from their presence.
*Optional Setting:
Midgar, a poor and run down city living in poverty ruled over and ran by Shinra soldiers. Crime is common in this city, though the soldiers are there to keep peace they turn a blind eye to the acts of crime as long as it does not go against the Shinra Organization or their leader as a whole. Though the city is a virtual cesspool for scum it is still pretty lively and quite populated with many shops, though Shinra is there to take money from all to hinder the city from any economic growth. As of just recently the Shinra HQ in Midgar was destroyed in a battle, so Shinra's influence has been temporarily alleviated.

Rebel: A rebel is someone who is part of some organization that opposes Shinra and are at war with the tyrants. They fight for the better of the people as a whole, though their methods aren’t always the best.
Outlaw: Have nothing to do with anyone and only fight for themselves. They often disregard the law and are usually targeted by Shinra for their offenses to the military. The Higher their rank the more they are worth once captured.
Sky Pirate: Sky pirates rule the sky with airships, though they are just the same as outlaws, though some sky pirates may choose a different route for their crew and may even work for Shinra or even the Rebels.
None/Other: People who do not have a job or rank, could be an ordinary person or just someone who stays neutral. Someone whose job is not described by the others, they could have any line of work that is not clearly defined.
Rank:
How you are ranked in your described job, the only people who do not have a rank are those who follow under the job class “None/Other”. Ranks differ your depending on your ability level and Ranks may be raised or lowered at anytime. Ranks go from E, D, C, B, A, and S with E being the lowest and S being the Highest.

Bio: A girl from the slums (of Midgar), Erika used to run a food chart with her chocobo Wind. Her brother, Taylor, disappeared about eight years ago. With the recent death of her mother, her only remaining family member, Erika has joined the group hoping to find purpose in her life.

Bio: Ten years ago, Erika's older brother found Wind injured in the forest and brought him home and nursed him back to health. He has been in the family ever since. Before the death of Erika's mother, Wind used to pull the family food cart. Now he travels with Erika and the others.

One day her squad was ambushed by outlaws and completely decimated. Wounded in battle, Kotomi was taken off as a sort of prize. After viciously dismembering a man who tried to have his way with her, the men reconsidered and had her join their group. After a period of wishing that her family still in Shinra would find her, Kotomi eventually gave up hope. Race: vampire/demon (yes, a vampire... but contrary to legend, when he bite, the bitten being is not transformed into a Vampire. he can be killed just like every other being; crosses and such things do not work. Garlic has no effect on him. Holy water will not harm him either (though some humans think these things work.) he do have sensitive skin, but will not die if he are in the sun. he just tend to get sunburned easier than most. Some of the vampires can only feed on blood, and some can also eat other things. Regardless, all Vampires need blood to survive.
he do have reflections. he do breathe, he have blood inside their bodies just like any other being. he are alive. (hehe... stole this from one of my guilds. ^^) )

Bio:Under the kings rule, he, his parents, and his brother all lived peacefully. After his parents died when the king was in power, he wandered the world and finnaly joined Shinra, becoming an A rank SOLDIER. It was discovered that he had blood that was immune to poison and was chosen as a test subject to the teleportation experiment. His blood was the only useable because the teleportation gene had a poison like effect in it. After 3 weeks of experimenting, he escaped and went on a rampage, killing all the scientists and people who had helped with his torture. After leaving the building, he found his older brother Sage, who had been an experiment as well, but 8 years before him, when it was a new idea. Sage was able to teleport, but his powers weren't as extensive as Okami's, and the gene was far deadlier, making sage's blood weak. The scientists discovered that Sage would die at the age of 31, so they abandoned the experiment on him and he escaped before they executed him. Okami and his brother sage then decided that it would be the best idea to link their souls together, so that when Sage died at the age of 31, (or in this case, Okami died prematurely so Sage cut his life short and preformed the end of the ritual before hand) all of his knowledge and powers would go to Okami, and he would be stronger then anybody and anything. The ritual was completed and they now had the ability to telepathically communicate, so they decided that 5 months before Sage was set to die, they would meet with each other and spend the rest of his life together as brothers. After separating ways, Okami travelled the world, looking for rebels that would help him take down Shinra, and he was unsuccessful, until he met tsuzuki.

Bio: Jack grew up alone much of his life, fighting to survive another day some people decided it was best he just disappeared. When they did come for him he was alone again, but somehow he knew it was as if someone tipped him off. He killed each of these mercs, one by one using guerrilla tactics staying in the shadows only to come out strike before vanishing again.
This kid was prepared too prepared, the last merc was a bit smart for Jack's tricks and caught him. A fought broke out head on, the kid was out matched and was struck down but not dead something triggered in him a berserker's rage and before the mercenary knew what was going on. Jack grabbed the man by the head, and crushed it like a grape between his fingers. Something appeared in front of him, five minutes later. A wolf, he couldn't move this thing put so much fear into him that he collapsed it left him several gifts. As if it admired his tenacity and ferocious fighting, it left behind a sword, a rifle and a shotgun. When he awoke to the blood and these gifts, he almost hurriedly gathered them up as if he was compelled to and fled the scene.
That was two years ago. He's twenty two and one of the most wanted by Shinra's soldiers, for destroying and robbing convoys of shinra's own supplies and soldiers. He was the most daring, if not the most hated of shinra's enemies and he was damn proud of everything he had done.

When they did come for him he was alone again, but somehow he knew it was as if someone tipped him off. He killed each of these mercs, one by one using guerrilla tactics staying in the shadows only to come out strike before vanishing again.
This kid was prepared too prepared, the last merc was a bit smart for Jack's tricks and caught him. A fought broke out head on, the kid was out matched and was struck down but not dead something triggered in him a berserker's rage and before the mercenary knew what was going on. Jack grabbed the man by the head, and crushed it like a grape between his fingers. Something appeared in front of him, five minutes later. A wolf, he couldn't move this thing put so much fear into him that he collapsed it left him several gifts. As if it admired his tenacity and ferocious fighting, it left behind a sword, a rifle and a shotgun. When he awoke to the blood and these gifts, he almost hurriedly gathered them up as if he was compelled to and fled the scene.
That was two years ago. He's twenty two and one of the most wanted by Shinra's soldiers, for destroying and robbing convoys of shinra's own supplies and soldiers. He was the most daring, if not the most hated of shinra's enemies and he was damn proud of everything he had done.

Personality: A reserved General and highly esteemed figure at Shinra. He knows the finer points of life but still understands the simple needs amongst the people. While he does not condone violence he often seen at the forfront of military movements. This has lead the more observant people to believe there is more to him than a simple militaristic dog. Nothing much is known about his personality except for the higher ups at Shinra, who he has conversed with normally.
Bio: He was born a normal child just like anyone else but had a run in with MAKO at the age of 6. He and a few of his friends since childhood where playing on the outskirts of town when an earthquake ruptured the ground and swallowed him and his friend up. While the other children went back to find help Keid and his friend fell into the lifestream of the planet, becoming induced with severe amounts of Mako. Keid's friend died from the over exposure to the MAKO but he found himself alive at the shores of Falcrest. he made his way into the City and found a taste for battle and the finer points of technique. Years later, when he could actually wield a weapon he moved through the ranks of Shinra becuase of his already being induced with MAKO. The edge he had over everyone else was his familiarity with his new found abilities. He had lived with them since the age of 6. Rising through the ranks he became an established Elite Soldier when he proved his skill above others by destroying an entire enemy camp in years past. Personality: Bloodthirsty and merciless, Nero kills first and asks questions later. He's cast aside his humanity in pursuit of power and has filled himself with hatred and blood lust. Cocky, but not overly so, he uses every advantage he can, whether it be throwing insults and lies around, or hurting by standers. He's generally cold to everyone, and tends to get into fights a lot, whether it be with fellow soldiers or civilians. Because of his brutal methods, and lack of care for any troops put under his command, Nero's been working alone up until now.
Bio: Nero joined Shinra along with two of his sisters. Unlike the two girls, he wanted nothing to do with family ties and helping each other along. He rose to the rank of elite more quickly than the other two. When news came that his younger sister (Kotomi) was dead in a rebel ambush, he barely batted an eyelash, and went along with his life as if nothing happened. Personality: A reserved General and highly esteemed figure at Shinra. He knows the finer points of life but still understands the simple needs amongst the people. While he does not condone violence he often seen at the forfront of military movements. This has lead the more observant people to believe there is more to him than a simple militaristic dog. Nothing much is known about his personality except for the higher ups at Shinra, who he has conversed with normally.
Bio: He was born a normal child just like anyone else but had a run in with MAKO at the age of 6. He and a few of his friends since childhood where playing on the outskirts of town when an earthquake ruptured the ground and swallowed him and his friend up. While the other children went back to find help Keid and his friend fell into the lifestream of the planet, becoming induced with severe amounts of Mako. Keid's friend died from the over exposure to the MAKO but he found himself alive at the shores of Falcrest. he made his way into the City and found a taste for battle and the finer points of technique. Years later, when he could actually wield a weapon he moved through the ranks of Shinra becuase of his already being induced with MAKO. The edge he had over everyone else was his familiarity with his new found abilities. He had lived with them since the age of 6. Rising through the ranks he became an established Elite Soldier when he proved his skill above others by destroying an entire enemy camp in years past. Since then he has strived to serve Lord Shinra and it's people, knowing only what he has taught himself.

Cocky, but not overly so, he uses every advantage he can, whether it be throwing insults and lies around, or hurting by standers. He's generally cold to everyone, and tends to get into fights a lot, whether it be with fellow soldiers or civilians. Because of his brutal methods, and lack of care for any troops put under his command, Nero's been working alone up until now.
Bio: Nero joined Shinra along with two of his sisters. Unlike the two girls, he wanted nothing to do with family ties and helping each other along. He rose to the rank of elite more quickly than the other two. When news came that his younger sister (Kotomi) was dead in a rebel ambush, he barely batted an eyelash, and went along with his life as if nothing happened. His other sister, stricken with grief, left Shinra and returned to their home.

Personality: Sakura is an empty shell. She's been called a robot because she follows her superior's orders right down to the letter and has no qualms about killing anyone. The only people she has any emotional ties to are president Shinra and the man who saved her.
Bio: At the age of ten, Sakura's village was ransacked by outlaws. Having been rescued by a detachment of Shinra soldiers, she eagerly joined up as a way to repay the company. Kyrie is known as “Trek” as her nickname when she is fighting, she’s a really good fighter who has trained herself since she was young to be top in fighting. The consequence when you piss her of she’ll give you a good beating and you won’t stand a chance when she does this.
Bio: Kyrie was born to her father who was a scientist as well who died when she was young, she got her brains and passion to become one from her father, she has three younger siblings, her brother who died was 2 years younger then her, the others are somewhere around 17-18 years of age. Bio: Kougu has always been adamant about joining Shinra, and imagine his joy the day he was accepted into the ranks of Soldier and the pride he felt after he completed training. He is not one of any particular greatness, in fact he is somewhat ordinary in terms of skill, but he is dedicated to no ends and will execute any command. His commanding officer was like a father to him until he was killed by an unnamed outlaw a year ago, and so he has hopes of one day finding the murderer of his role model.

Weapon(s): both wield swords upon reaching a higher rank in Shinra and are glad to be able to use the weapons they trained with before applying.
Special Abilities: Biggs and Wedge don't have much more to them then what you see. In other words, they can shoot bullets and swing swords. Their true abilities shine through in their ability to talk their way out of things.
Personality: Biggs and Wedge are incredibly similar to each other, both have known each other for so long that they can finish each others sentences with ease. While Biggs likes to write more, Wedge tends to like to read more, the two are often found in silence when not spewing nonsence about this or that.
Bio: Biggs and Wedge where born from seperate mothers, both of which wher killed by a monster attack at their home town. They joined Shinra together to hunt monsters around their town. They have yet to be dispatched back to their home town, but the hope to be soon.

They banished them and their mother out of the forest and soon afterwards their mother died. They lived by stealing food from people and when they turned 17 they joined Shinra to earn their own money. Although, they always have respected Shinra for upholding the peace. The swords they carry were given to them by their father before he left them with their mother. After that, they never saw their father again.

Special Abilities: Biggs and Wedge don't have much more to them then what you see. In other words, they can shoot bullets and swing swords. Their true abilities shine through in their ability to talk their way out of things.
Personality: Biggs and Wedge are incredibly similar to each other, both have known each other for so long that they can finish each others sentences with ease. While Biggs likes to write more, Wedge tends to like to read more, the two are often found in silence when not spewing nonsence about this or that.
Bio: Biggs and Wedge where born from seperate mothers, both of which wher killed by a monster attack at their home town. They joined Shinra together to hunt monsters around their town. They have yet to be dispatched back to their home town, but the hope to be soon.

Personality:Just like his natural element, Larin is calm and collected. Always thinking about the next step and hiow his current action will affect the thigns around him. He's the only one that can control his brother, Cline.
Bio:Being half Viera, they were shunned by the the Full-blooded Viera. They wanted to keep their blood pure, and they were already tainted with the blood of Humes. They banished them and their mother out of the forest and soon afterwards their mother died. They lived by stealing food from people and when they turned 17 they joined Shinra to earn their own money. Although, they always have respected Shinra for upholding the peace. The swords they carry were given to them by their father before he left them with their mother. After that, they never saw their father again.
